Dear Mall Team, Please note that there is a mistake on the Bank Account Number provided in my registration. Advise me on how I can change or correct the account number. I guess this could be why my bank account verification is taking some time. Thanks.

I have tried it, there is no ''Update your bank details '' on the Wallet History. Please advise further.

Hi Ochuba, Kindly follow the process below to input your correct bank account details; Login to your store on shq.konga.com Hover on your Konga wallet at the top right of your screen. A drop down instruction box will pop-up,click on My Account There will a wallet history page open;click on update bank details to input the correct details.
