  • without notice for invoice...

    I was only notified of my invoice yesterday and my store was suspended yesterday even when I tried to pay with my atm card. This is really not good as I always get late or no notifications that my invoice is due! You really need to work on this as innocent stores are falling victims for this... I have made the payment using  online transfer. Please help lift the suspension and clear it as this is not my fault at all. Besides I notice that your site has been malfunctioning and inconsistent results.

    Hello all,
    We are looking into the reason you may have received a late invoice notification or no notification at all, be assured this will be rectified in the shortest time possible.

    i noticed my wallet was debited without any notification of invoice...i didn't receive an invoice, didn't receive a mail regarding any invoice or any sms to that effect and i do not have mails in my spam and i always receive mails from Konga. i have attached a picture showing no mails in my spam. The reason i have done this is because i read TF's reply where he/she said invoice are usually sent. i would like to find out if i am meant to be debited without any notification. For the 1st self fulfilled order i carried out i received an invoice and made payment as at when due. Am saying that it is a high possibility that Obaike J actually got a late notification. I was quite surprised when i was debited and was going to call in to complain when i noticed it was for the self order was debited for but i feel it was wrong as i should have received a notification.
    
    Please kindly look into this.

    Hello Obaike,
    
    Due invoice notifications are sent on the 3rd day after invoice has been issued to you via mail and on the 7th day . An SMS notification is also sent between the 3rd day and 7th day to serve as reminder. If the phone number provided on your SHQ differs from your current contact number, we advise that you update accordingly. 
    
    Also check your spam ,mails to ensure Konga mails are not redirected to your spam box. You can also consider adding our mail address to your contact list to ensure you receive our mails directly in your inbox.
    
    To unsuspend your store, please send an email to ordercontinuity@konga.com.
