    Why will konga decide to hold on to a sellers money? I made sale. Konga delivered and collected the money. 7 days return policy passed and no return was made. 3 days later konga is yet to move the money to my wallet for me to request for payout! I have called and called. I mean what is this? Is konga trading with sellers money? For Gods sake dont they understand that most times sellers have to borrow money to service orders! Why will konga keep my money for even a minute!.

    Very frustrating, I mail mall@konga.com and they never reply. I called there care line, I got a promise that it will be fixed in 24hours I never get money.May be 24hrs means 24days cos I dont understand.calling in this morning again its only computer talking. press 2 after 2 press 4 is not working so no way to get to customer care. My money is sitting in escrow for more than 2 weeks now.

    it was a week ago i wrote complaining about konga sitting on sellers money and busayo said i should write a mail. I should register kongapay. A i write i am yet to receive my money. I have called severally but as i write also konga contact line is switched off! There must be something fishy going on. PLS KONGA IS YOU PLAN TO GO DESTRESSED KINDLY PAY ME MY MONEY FIRST!

    I have checked my bank account and there is no credit. The money is in escrow in my konga seller account

    The launch of Konga pay allows the transfer of money directly to the seller's account instead  of through the wallet. Kindly check your bank account to confirm if the money is in your bank account. If it is not in your bank account, please send a mail to mall@konga.com.
