    Compliments of the season moderator & my fellow seller, please does anyone know why a sellers items will be moved to sold out status when they are all available? 
    I didn't participate on yakata but when I got a mail to update my stock I did, when I got the mail for exchange rate price modifications I didn't because my prices were still okay for me.
    But two days ago I just went to view my store only to find nothing. When I check SHQ I saw all were on sold out.
    I called my colleague she said more than 20 of her items were moved to sold out too.
    I have taken the pain of updating the stock to move them back to live but will like to know what could have caused it so as to prevent future occurrence.
