  • Why is Konga Ripping me off like this.

    I am a gold subscriber on Konga platform with over 870 products.  Any time I try to edit, add or generally manage my store. I can only access/ see just 20 products. 
    What then is the use of paying 2500 and y has konga chosen to rip me off like this. I have sent mails to mall@konga.com still no response.  And each passing day I lose business and money. 
    Please kindly fix this, let me have full value for my subscription,  I have already sent a mail to your generic email address,  please I want it fixed not an advice to send the mail again.

    hi, i can no longer add new products despite paying for the gold subscription for this month . when i try to update, it says expiration has lapsed and i should pay up. Now that the bronze category has been brought up with higher commission, i hope i do not fall into that category. 
    i do not understand the reason konga does not perfect its new inventions before using merchants as lab mouse for all these half baked innovations.
    Help please!!
