  • why is konga holding on to our money

    I have N146,000 inside my seller escrow account , konga has refused to release my money since 2 weeks now. First they say i need to register for konga pay, i did that but no way, date of birth error, i went to bank to verify date of birth,date of birth is valid, and yet no way to register. Call konga, konga says it is bank, bank says it is konga.
    
    I change my wallet account to first bank since 3 days ago, wallet yet to be funded. call konga again, konga says technical error and they are trying at their end to fix the error. 
    WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON AT KONGA. I DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THIS KONGAPAY OR TECHNICAL PROBLEM STORIES. KONGA SHOULD COME OUT AND TELL US CLEAN WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON???

    Hi,
    My dob start with 24/10 so there is no way i can made that mistake of inserting incorrectly as there is no 24 month.
    I am pretty sure is zenith bank problem.

    I'm also experiencing the same. Money still in escrow since 2 weeks ago.
    
    And on the issue of date of birth, you need to cross check if you are inserting it this way 21-09-2015 instead of 09-21-2015.

    Hmmmm!
    Konga is not holding our money for no reason.Konga has done the needful by informing us of what is currently happening and I think they deserve our patience, because I have seen some of the upgrade going on as some of the things that will make us happy.
    Konga has been introduced, return form which personally am impress with only if the delivery will not be filling it themselves.
    According to what I see going about few hours ago,there is probability for all awaited escrow fund to move to wallet today and we can request for pay out.
    And to Konga ,Access bank has been removed as at this morning,and since the day it has been introduced the issue of dob has bee an issue,
    I appreciate your effort so far,as we hope to see more goodies on the platform.
