It seems returns have hit the roof. I have not made a successful sale outside my sale region since this new seller hq. I called all customers who ask me to go ahead to ship but when it gets to them, they say they are not aware they have to pay shipping on all items. Konga what are you doing to educate buyers about this new shipping cost?

I think K-express is fair enough in their resolution on the new shipping cost on all the zones especially the state capital. its a matter of time for the sales to pick up again I am very certain about it, Nigerians are used to freebies but with time they will out grow the initial setback
