I supplied a client with item ordered by pay on delivery. When I got there, he asked of receipt. My question: who will issue receipt? Myself, with my shop name or konga?

For all orders received always include the invoice when preparing the order for drop off at K express. The invoice serves as proof of purchase from Konga.
For self-fulfil orders, you can also issue your store receipt to your customer on delivery in addition to the invoice printed out from your SHQ dashboard. (Find Illustration)
