I just got a call from one of my customers that the item i sent via KExpress was eaten by rat...funny as it sounds. The item left my store in excellent condition, now the item is on its way back. i just need to know how this is going to be handled because i cant be at a loss for something that is not my fault.

Hello Atinuke, A claims request will be raised by Kexpress, Please send an email to email@example.com with the affected order number , stating the reason for claims.
