    I am tired of KOS! they aren't delivering my items, customers are complaining to me while tracking updates are saying other wise. I am angry and sad at the same time. My items would take weeks to return with some of them getting damaged and maybe unsellable. 
    Why is KOS and konga using their ineptitude to punish us. Why!!!

    We apologize for the delayed delivery. If you have pending orders yet to be delivered and beyond the agreed SLA shared with customers and merchants, kindly send an email to mall@konga.com with the order numbers for proper tracking and investigation.
    Please note that sharing of order numbers are not permitted on the forum.
