Have you decided to setup your online store on Konga Mall to reach have access to a wider customer base?

That’s the question you need to answer as you start formulating your unique selling proposition.
Identifying what differentiates your store from other stores can leave you worried and unsure, especially, if you have never thought too deeply about it. What is it about your store that will make a potential customer shop with you and not elsewhere? There’s got to be something about what you do that will help you stand out from the pack, otherwise, how are you going to remain in business? Why will a customer choose you and not another seller?
For instance, a fashion seller on Konga has been self fulfilling orders to his customer since the launch of self-fulfil. While he is aware that other shipping carriers offer higher shipping charges than K-Express thereby reducing his profit margin, he also understands that the average online shopper is impatient and wants immediate delivery. So, he leverages on the need of his buyers to receive their orders on time and ship orders to them within 48 hours. At times, he is able to negotiate with is buyers to pay an additional fee for a very swift delivery, This has ensured a higher sales turnover for him and has helped him gain popularity among customers who want swift delivery. His unique selling proposition is swift delivery and this has helped him make huge sales on Konga Mall.
Part of determining your unique selling proposition is understanding the value that your product or service brings to the market. Your product's value proposition should solve a customer problem or satisfy a customer need.
But the real question is, what’s so unique about what you’re selling? In other words, why does your store or products matter to the customer? What do you have that they need and are willing to exchange their money to get?
Answer these questions honestly and sincerely and you’re bound to get a unique selling point that will not only stick out in your target consumer’s mind, but will have them coming back time and time again.

K-express has made significant improvement in recent times and has been providing efficient delivery service.
However, we understand you might have experienced delay with some of your order deliveries due to increasing order volumes coming into K-express, this was one of the reasons self fulfil was created.
Sellers can still choose to deliver via K-express or self fulfil through other channels (delivery by self or use other courier services), be assured K-express will continue to improve and ensure both Merchants and customers have the best experience on the platform. Thank you for your feedback.

Thanks for this insight,but my question is-Do we now be offering self-fulfil?Why can"t konga help us (sellers) to deliver on time too,so that our buyers will be happy?
