    I cannot view my wallet balance and my orders have long been delivered and exceeded the 7 days return policy; yet I still have an outstanding amount in escrow. The message that pops up is "Unable to verify Wallet balance. Please contact your Merchant Service Officer for prompt resolution". Please resolve this asap..its been over two weeks. thank you.
