  • Update: Proper Packaging Procedure

    Dear Sellers,
    
    In order to avoid a mix up with your packages, K-Express requires that you not only package your products properly but also ensure to label them correctly. 
    
    Here are some examples:
    - Customer orders a Mini washing machine but receives a Hi-Output Air pump
    - Customer orders a Peach dress but receives a pink jacket
    
    Sellers are required  to label their packages with the correct Order Number.
     
    If you do not have access to proper labelling material, you can purchase them from our Books and Stationery category (http://www.konga.com/stationery) on Konga Mall.
     
    Remember: To ensure that your package arrives safely and on time, you should:
     
    1. Package all orders with bubble wrap, padded bags or rigid flaps intact.
    
    2.The packaging should have enough uninterrupted flat surface area to attach a consignment note or routing label     without affecting the contents of the package.
    
    3.Wrap all items separately.
