I dont jnow what konga is doing anout this issue.some days ago a customer placed an order from my store and my friend store at the same time.I tried calling the customer just to comfirm before proceeding to ship the item,but the customer mobile number kept ringing but not picking for 2days and I was given 72hrs to ship the item.I related the issue with my friend and we found out that the same customer also order another product from my friend store.I decided to cancel the order myself.
To my surprise,I got a mail from konga that my store will be suspended.
please,is there any channel we can always pass the information to any time we come across unserious buyers just to avoid our products been returned back

In the event that an order needs to be cancelled, kindly send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for cancellation.
Cancelling orders from your end will impact negatively on your store.
