I have three items that were returned but unfortunately i was unavailable to pick it up before the due date please advise on how i can claim my returned order that has been sent to the Marketplace return unit Ogba. I also want to give a big kudos to Konga.com for their services to me and my customers, it has been excellent my only challenge is with customers that order items and are not available to pick up especially the long distance orders.
