    please i am having difficulties in uploading my products, each time i try i am asked for an account no. and when i try to upload my account details i get a response ''invalid account no''.
    please i need an assistance urgently.

    Please ensure your account number is correct and a NUBAN account number. If issues persist, kindly send a screenshot of this error message to mall@konga.com to enable the appropriate units assist you with a timely resolution.
