    I don't know if it's only me but I have not been able to see almost all of my products listed for sale on Konga and because of this I have not been able to update prices and stock quantity. I tried calling the help line but it was switched off. Please Konga attend to this issue urgently because I need to update the prices. Thank you

    Hello Shadrach,
    If you have items showing out of stock, please update quantity and if your products still do not show on the website, kindly send an email to our mall support team at mall@konga.com so it can be looked into and resolved.

    I had to update all the products one after the order.
    Price showing 0 and quantity set at 0. Oga oh!

    same here.....all my items are showing as out of stock....i don't understand why they keep creating unnecessarily admin. issues for us, the last time they suspend almost half of merchant, after bringing up the store, half of the products were gone...i have to spend hours updating, now this almost half of my items are wiped out....this is what we should expect with the monthly fees abi

    Same here, Almost half of the products are PAUSED by 'who knows'. How can they just pause our products without notice or is it a system glitch?
