This is urgent please, I have been unable to log-in to my Konga Seller account for a while now, I have reset my password over a million times, I get the reset link via email as well as the SMS verification code, However once I change my password and I get a password successfully changed confirmation, I still can not log-in with my new credentials, then I have to start the process all over again.
Please help!! This has been going on for two days now. Email address for Seller account is email@example.com. Thankful for your prompt revert.

Your store has been closed due to "store inactivity". This is the reason you are unable to login to your store.
