    I don't know if I am the only one experiencing this, but I have been unable to edit sizes and pause particular sizes of my product since this new SHQ was introduced even had to call customer service and I was adviced to try when there is less traffic and use a different browser. Tried both and still not working. Please can any one help?

    Please note that we are aware of the size variance issue and our tech team is working hard to rectify this. We ask that you please be patient as we work towards a permanent resolution to this.

    This issue am just getting to note about it this morning ,when I wanted to pause some sizes of my products and to also add to some quantity.
    The size variance is not visible on the site,Konga should help us look into this in order not to generate unnecessary cancellation as a result of non availability of a particular size.
    Also,Konga,pls,help us work on the mobile version of the new shq as one can not see the next page of some orders/products as it can't scroll up to next set.
    Also,help us with mobile app for more effectiveness and quick follow up.

    Hello Ruth , we are sorry for the inconvenience you are facing on the new Shq .the issue with your store has been escalated to our tech team to look into and also  do a wide check in general if other merchants are having the same difficulty. Thanks
