  As communicated earlier, the new commission rates will begin to apply across all products categories tomorrow July 31st 2015. And with the updated rates, we aim to improve our trading processes and also provide additional K-Express centers for more seamless services.

  Hello Temitope,
  All new merchants on Konga Mall are “Classic Merchants" and their commission charges are capped under the Classic Rates. The “Classic Plus Rates" are for merchants who consistently achieve specific sales volume and have successfully sold above a specific number on the Konga Mall.
  
  To become a Classic Plus merchant, below are the requirements: 
  
  1) Count of delivered orders must be greater than or equal to 1000
  2) Delivery rate must be greater than or equal to 70%
  3) Product count must be greater than or equal to 20
