hello,pls im a buyer.
i bought a bag from kiddiesneed and my child said she doesnt like the colour.so i asked if there was another colour and i didnt get a reply back.so i want to cancel my order ,but i think its too late.so what should i do, and is there a charge i have to pay?and how much is it going to cost?

You can request for order cancellation by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If item has been shipped and delivered to you and has exceeded the specified return policy days, you may contact the seller through the "talk to seller" button on the product page.
