    I think at this point i need to voice out my opinion concerning this SELF-FULFILL REGIME. I state as follows:
    1) When a buyer buy on KONGA platform before the self-fulfill tin;  no matter the number of stores he/she pick items from, he/she will only be paying just one shipping fee. 
        However, with the self-fulfill tin,  shipping has been set by SELLERS on each item of product; so the BUYER does not enjoy the benefit of a very competitive price
    Its even worse with FREE-SHIPPING. I stand to be corrected but can shipping be free?.......My understanding of FREE SHIPPING is.....add the shipping cost to the price and set shipping at zero..........Price will only increase and with PRICE-CHECK buyers will definitely know where they can get a more competitive price...........LOW SALES will be the result.
    2) My submission are as follows:
        a) KONGA should revert to the PRE-SELF FULFILL ERA.
        b) A lot of monitoring effort should be directed towards the delivery men............am sorry but most of them seems like bad eggs.
       c) SELLERS should always contact BUYERS to confirm the authenticity of ORDERS; just to be sure is not some kids playing on the computers.
     d) allowance of 2 -3 days should be given to BUYERS before the almighty delivery men term the ORDER as RETURN..............
    e) SELLERS should also be involve in making sure BUYERS get their ordered goods. I advice that the portion for TRACKING of goods on the platform; contact number of the delivery men can also be made available, for SELLERS to be involve in fishing out the BUYERS and be able to direct them appropriate to pick up their items
    f) KONGA will also need to do a lot of training for their delivery men............PATIENCE is always the key word. They need to know that when goods are not delivered SALES has not been made; that means no one is making money.
    g) Delivery men remuneration should be tied to goods effectively delivered and not just contact made. Or probably a commission.
    h) KONGA can also look at a slight upward review of commission charge to be able to cover SHIPPING.

    the return part...i dig with you...they should atleast make sure they ring the buyers and give atleast 2-3days before items can be returned. or even send sms to the buyers if they cant get through phone calls

    I like the part of tying pay for delivery men to successfully delivered items only. That will make everybody seat up!
