    We are currently experiencing issues with SellerHQ that may have affected your ability to create products, update your product quantity and your escrow balance not moving into your wallet.

    I created three products on Friday 31 July. They are all showing as 'Live on site' on my dashboard but only one of them is displayed on my store.
    I did not receive any mail or notification.

    The escrow issue is now ok on my SHQ, but the product update is not , keeps giving this error message below
    
    Product Update: Missing compulsory field product_id
    
    Please this should also be looked into....
