    Please assist,
    I have an item that was returned back to by customer in November. Initially I was told to pick up the returned item at a totally different location from my pick up location. I sent a mail and I was told they would redirect it to KOS Ogba which is my pick up location. When I tracked the item, it showed it was redirect back to Ogba. But this item has since been Market place returns unit ogba since November 21st. They have refused to transfer it to KOS Ogba SP001 which is my pick up location.
    I have sent 4 different mails in regards to this issue and till date I haven't gotten a single  response back. That is why I am here today.

    So, all this while no one here to help? whao! something is really not right. I'm just waiting for January to come and the news will be broken.
