My store EXIN integrated concept limited was suspended on 20 April , 2015. I have sent a messages asking why my store was suspended and did get a reply. My first order from Konga was in Ekiti, I sent the product to Ekiti not knowing that the product was just on the like list of the customer. The customer returned saying she didnt order for the product. Again, I received an order cancellation message without getting the notice of the order prior to that time.
This issue was reported on the forum in my first message in this forum. There has also been a time I sold a product and it took more than a month before i was paid. I think something should be done to solve these problems not just to suspend my store.
