    I had an issue late last year with the suspension of my account, and I have wriiten a letter explaing the situation of the repeat order. I had beel lloking foward to my account being live since then but it has not been activated online.Thanks

    Your store was suspended due to low shipping rates, to have your store reinstated, send an email to ordercontinuity@konga.com with a detailed plan to ensure that your performance is improved and sustained. You should receive a response within 24 - 48 business hours.
