    Does anyone know if Konga carries out surveys regarding the platform? because the survey which we're asked to opt for at the end of a call to customer service has never taken me to the survey after the call. This issue may be peculiar to me, I don't know. But I seriously think that Konga needs to send merchants surveys via email so that they can know the areas where attention needs to be given. I strongly believe in Konga as a Nigerian brand but I believe there's a lot of dissatisfaction growing at the merchants end that's being ignored.

    I will never respond to the merchant survey again because Konga have never acknowledged receipt or acted upon the response. Its just a waste of time and resources.

    Surveys are objective form of feedback that require the opinion of the respondent. Kindly check your mail or add Konga to your address book to enable you receive all mails sent from us. We carry out merchant surveys monthly.

    is this an objective poll? i for one have never seen such a poll. and if it is objective, we would have seen positive changes in our terms of conditions

    A quarterly survey is carried out for merchants by Konga to understand their needs and areas of improvement.
