    Ladies and Gentlemen
i have a testimony but i wish everyone who have can testify, please drop a comment and your experience.
All lagos orders i had this week which is a total of 12 or 13 were all delivered. the experience collecting my cash instantly is tripping and fantastic. i don't need to wait for 7 days and extra 3 or more days before i can collect cash.
Please am writing this to share my experience and lets look at the positive side of the New SHQ. The invention of the new SHQ shows that konga is growing and Nigerian re getting to understand shopping online well.
Most of us travel overseas or even buy items from overseas, how many of you have seen cash of delivery. Konga have taken a good step trying to get rid of it soon others will soon follow like jumia etc, after all konga have good return policy. it may not be easy now because konga will not get much traffic as usual but this will help to filter serious buyers and stop all this return for no reason. Sale this week for me have been generally poor but guess what? collecting 13 order cash was more important. Konga is protecting out interest as sellers and in the end you all will enjoy what konga have fine tuned.

We are really happy for you.
Again, all sellers have a choice. Ship through KExpress or Deliver yourself.
Congrats on your improved cash collection cycle and delivery cycle.
    Well done!
