    I made payment for my store's subscription on the 15th of March via SHQ using my bank card details, funds has been taken from the account but I didnt get a confirmation email, as usual so I sent an email to mall@konga.com & sellerservices@konga.com to confirm my payment but I'm yet to get a reply. This is very unusual to not get a response for days. Products in my store has now been paused. I called customer care several times but it keeps saying 'Switched Off'. 
    Can someone please reply my email? Store name is Bella Donna Clothing.
