  • Store suspension error

    I received message just now that my store has suspended. This is kind of embarrassment to me. Is it an error or what?
    The reason that I have low shipment rate is an embarrassment and SADDEN my heart. I don't play with my order shipment. No order can be cancelled without the knowledge of ordercontinuity@konga.com. Because I know the rule of the game. This must be an error because I have been shipping and updating my orders as at well due. Where this error is coming from. Kindly fix the error and reinstate my back on live. It is high time konga worked on all these errors. Thanks

    well said chioma. order cancellation ard rejection are part of the games of an e-commerce busines. it is buyers and sellers right to cancel any order once there is a good communication and understanding between them. it is honestly painful when you see an injustice in displayed. Maybe because the e-commerce are still new in Nigeria but for goodness sake 3 years is good enough ro learn, listened and adjust.

    Really konga team should look into details of orders and performances before suspending any seller. It really tasking to upload items, follow it up only to be suspended without a proper investigation s and warning,but lets face it, is suspension the only solution? There should be more serious reasons why you suspend a seller, especially if theres some sort of dispute that has re occured several times or fraud etc and not cancellation of orders due to reasons most times are not the fault of the seller. Have konga invested time in fishing out unserious buyers? Buyers ho put bad reputation on sellers.

    ahahah!!! i laugh, is only in nigeria that this can only happen. i thought it was only me. today will be 2 weeks i have been suspended and over 2 weeks, there is nothing i did not tell them but they remain adamant, i even share my experience on selling on ebay an internatopn platform. ebay does not suspend but rather reward their seller if they dont have dispute agaist them and they were able to sell certain amount by reducing their commission.
    
    Konga sucks let face the facts. i wonder what do they want to gain by all these.

    I got the same mail also on Friday few minutes after i had an A1 rating for the week shipment rating, When i only had one cancelled order in the whole of year 2016 which was as a result of customers duplicated order. 
    
    Konga please kindly take it upon yourself be responding to merchant's e-mails  on time. 
    
    Totally ignoring merchant emails  shows an "i don't care" attitude which is not good for your brand and image.

    I also got a message that my store has been suspended and I was so sure this was a system glitch since I got a message a day prior to this about how well our store was performing. I sent a mail to the mall@konga concerning this and all I got was a confirmation that my store was indeed suspended. This arbitrary suspension of stores without cause is quite frustrating. If Konga can no longer handle the volume of sellers on their site, kindly come out and let us know. This is really frustrating!

    This is not funny at all.... I also got a suspension today and a performance statistics of A1. What is happening? Do we start using other selling platforms and drop Konga??????
    
    I have over 300 items I can't waste my time Re-uploading on konga platform am not desperate to work with konga if they don't value real sellers. 9 months on the site with 214 deliveries and 31 cancelled by unserious buyers. If this is how u treat Noble  and consistent merchant then let the suspension be permanent. 
    
    Check my transaction history and see if you guys would not Loose from sellers like me.
