    I got a mail yesterday at about 4.29pm asking me to upload an ID and a profile picture or risk store suspension. In 48hrs. However, 31 minutes later I get another mail saying I have been temporarily suspended due. I did the needful, uploaded my ID and profile picture immediately and contacted the customer service line to ask for My store to be re enstated and up until now I haven't been re enstated . 
    
    My question however is how come it's so easy to suspend a store but yet still so difficult to re enstate same after conditions have been met?
