    Ok i why is my store suspended?
    i wrote to mall@konga.com since this week..no reply..and my store still suspended.
    hahahahaha. very funny oo . konga konga. u guys are so dope.
    really sick n tired.

    I sent a mails and called before konga cancelled an order but that weekend it affected my store rating thus I called konga again only to be told the customer cancelled the order. 
    The next cancellation request I got from a customer saying she placed the order for coupon but didnt get it, I cancelled myself to save my airtime and byte.
    I got suspended for that thus I feel your tiredness.

    Cancellations affect your shipment rate. The multiple cancellations from your SHQ is the reason your store was suspended, not due to advert placement. Advertising is NOT mandatory on the Konga Mall.
    All orders received on your SHQ with incomplete details should be sent to ordercontinuity@konga.com or mall@konga.com for assistance.

    yes i did canceled orders with no complete addresses..is that why my store was suspensed? i think thats from your end if a buyer is filling a shipping address form and didnt complete..then that buyer shouldnt be accepted for order placment. thats how its done @Ebere.
    or is it cos i didnt apply for the advert for my store to be show cased as of which i will pay for that and as well as the % commision of 15% will as well be deducted? really?

    Your store was suspended due to low shipment rate,as cancellations reduce your shipment rates, please avoid cancelling orders from your end. To cancel an order, send an email  to ordercontinuity@konga.com'>ordercontinuity@konga.com assist with these cancellation so as not to have a negative effect on your store, also ensure your orders are shipped on time to avoid an auto cancellation.
    To have your store reinstated, send an email to ordercontinuity@konga.com'>ordercontinuity@konga.com detailing a plan to ensure that your performance is improved and sustained.
