    I received the score rating email this evening and although I like the idea, I was a bit surprised to see that the email stated that I had cancelled some of my orders. My store has only been live for a short while and since then, there has only been one cancellation and this was done by the buyer. I even sent an email to Konga on the matter as I had already accepted the order, then the Buyer confirmed they no longer wanted the product. In this type of situation, I thought that the cancellation would not count against me, seeing as I was not the one to cancel the order, nor was it my fault in any way.
    Can I have some clarification on this, so I can understand further?
