What is going on with Konga lately?
Unbelievable delays in delivery hence leading to lots of returns.
Live items on SHQ not showing on your site
Items loaded incorrectly or with no images or sizes by the tech team
And worst of all no response when email sent to mall@konga.com.
I think it is time for kings to step up its game as they have insisted on merchants to do.

Dear Toyin,
Due to the volume of orders we constantly receive KEX is working on partnering with reputable franchises. This will work greatly towards improving delivery rate. All issues with SHQ have been called to our attention and are currently being worked on. Please excise a little patience as we continuously work towards improving our platform.
