    Good morning,
    Please no payout was done on my store since yesterday (Tuesday) being a payout day and up till now nothing is been done about it.... I can still see the figures starring at me on my wallet.... I really need this cash today for business purposes..... I have been calling customer service, busy for over 30 mins so I gave up waiting. I have sent a mail, nothing nothing has been done..... At least it would be nice if i get a (Genuine) response here to know when I would receive the payout....

    Same here, not up to half of what's in my wallet just finally move to escrow. Konga has made be look like a lier to my business partners... Don't know why am receiving part payment for money that is due for payment already and even late.

    I am just tired. Same thing goes for me. I have the same issue since last week till now. I have so many business commitment to use this money for but nothing is coming. I have sent more than 10 mails, no response. Several call made, can't get through. Even if things are not getting better, I believe communication is key rather than Konga being muted and make us a fool....
    Someone like me have been with Konga for long and always have believe in them but things are becoming different now.
    Please, pay our money and more so, we need adjustment to ur operation.
