    Hi, Ive been getting charged for customers shipping cost from my wallet. Both those paid in and not paid in by Konga express. At a point I got confused, but another occurred today and I have to raise it as it is very clear it wasn't paid into my account. Finance should please look into this and have my money refunded. Thanks.
