    I must commend k-express for the efforts they are making to ship items bought as fast as possible however I have issues with the outrageous hikes in commissions. In fact as I type,an issue I reported about an excessive charge on one of the products I sold hasn't been resolved.I sold a product worth 3000 and a sum of N950 was deducted instead of N450. What in the world was the extra N500 deducted for? I am almost exhausted from sending reminders to onboarding@konga.com. konga if you ask me,I think the increased commission is enough burden on sellers,not to now talk of the N2500 monthly charge whether sellers sell or not. I can only deduce one message from this new development...

    And please we are still waiting to here the advantages we stand to benefit from the new development I.e the N2500 monthly charge. Who knows,it might be worth it
