  • Service Improvement in Drop Off Centres In Other States

    Please, i will like to bring this to Konga's attention. My product has been in Abuja since Wednesday and ever since then it has not been delivered to the customer and the dasboard is always indicating OUT FOR DELIVERY
    
    Do these people realise some customers might decide to reject the order just for delay in deliveries. Abuja cant be that large that a delivery would not have been made since last wednesday.
    
    I suggest these people working there should be adequately trained in swift delivery and customer communication.
    
    Just last week,  a customer in Abraka rejected an order just because the delivery man spoke rudely to him. Its not good for the companys image.

    Can you believe that I just interacted with the customer and he said no one called him. Infact the number that was given for him to call never went through.

    Please, why are K express delivery people killing our business. The customer has eventually rejected the order claiming it came in too late. You provided us the platform, well appreciated. Please perfect the customer service delivery, as the customer even thinks he's buying from Konga. This is giving the platform some rather poor image. 
    
    2nd order returned in 2 weeks due to Late Delivery despite arriving the drop off point on time 
    
    Am saddened
