    I am new to konga and i have a couple of items listed. If i sell some of the items outside konga platform, how do i update the items as out of stock? Thanks

    @Fatimah,
    you don't need to delete the listing if you have already edited the quantity. All you need to do is ensure you have sufficient products on hand for both online and offline transactions and keep records of both transactions separately going forward.
    
    Whenever you run out of physical stock feel free to edit the quantity to zero or pause the item pending restocking of this item.

    oh my! Can i just delete the entry then? And i will quickly edit the remaining products?

    Hello Fatimah,
    
    Your offline and online sales transactions should be kept separate. When listing a product on the Konga platform, please add the quantity you have available on hand for your customers shopping on Konga.com ONLY. 
    
    When the quantity of a product listed online is depleted, the count on the site goes to zero and item is marked as 'Out of stock' automatically. 
    
    All inventory and stock keeping on your offline sales are solely your responsibility.
    Please do not update the quantity of a product online for an offline sale as this could affect your physical stock count.
