    We urge you to continue to ship your orders,  and monitor your store rating via your SHQ , this will grow your sales. Also good customer care for your customer and and product quality also affect your store performance positively. 
    
    Customer's product review also play a big role in store performance. In time excellent scores and positive feedback will ensure a store upgrade.
