Hello Konga mall, Thank you for your hard work and efforts towards improving seller hq and experienced. however i think it is unnecessarily too detailed. 1. How did you guys arrive at the product quality rating when you did not physically access my products. i sell high quality items all imported from the US and my product quality was rated 80%. I wouldnt rate thequality of my products as low as 80%.
    2. Nearly all the returned orders that i have experienced happened either because Konga express delayed or customers changed their mind, yet i am rated on delivery success and it is visible to customers . I think it is not good enough.
    3. The most alarming is konga showing the number of successful deliveries and how long i have been selling. What happened privacy and seller protection. This is really uncomfortable.
Please help look into this. we live in Nigeria and privacy is very important.

Honestly Ngozi M I don't also have a problem with the rating. what i have an issue with is the correctness or accuracy of the rating. What is the criterion for the rating. how do you rate the quality of products you haven'
     seen. That is my point.

I think the idea of rating is good. If you have good quality products and offer excellent customer service CONSISTENTLY, most people would rate you well. If 10 people say your products are good quality and 2 say they are bad, that can be seen as overall good.
My problem with the new dashboard is stating
    a. The length of time sellers have been on Konga
    b. Number of Products sold
    c. Sellers locations.
I think those are absolutely unneccessary and should be scrapped.

What Konga has done totally absolves them of any wrong doing.
I also noticed that they understated the quantity of sales made on most of my items. Really cannot understand where they got their figures.

Ratings are good and keeps merchants on their toes and here to stay. Deliver good stuff and get good reviews. Sounds simple enough.
With experience though, Nigerian customers haven't learnt to give feedback. A customer left me a 3 star rating and wrote a glowing recommendation, not sure if he was reserving the other 2 stars for a seller that includes a free private jet in his order.
Sellers need to have an option to respond to negative feedback or wrong allegations. We all know some customers can be highly unreasonable.
Then this idea of number of items sold.
Good idea for those who need to know what items to sell or not.
Bad idea for sellers who took their time to research meaningful products. Competition starts and don't be surprised, your competitors would offer the lowest quality at the lowest prices.

I totally agree, its unnecessary and will only cause more harm than good. I don't see why a merchant should be rated based on delivery which has been solely under Konga's control.
It's also amusing to note that Konga itself has 100% positive reviews.
    It makes no sense.

I really dont like the idea of ratings, reasons is that most Nigerians dont understand the meaning of the ratings and how it affects store, most are even to lazy to click the five stars. All the comments on the ratings on my store are very good and the confessed they like my products but none of game me five star, it is so annoying, I have not had any issues on my products with customers before before and i still dont get why people are just so annoying, it would have been better if they didn't leave any ratings

Now I think there is too much information Konga is giving out on the website
How can you give out location of seller, if it for the purpose of faster delivery, the state should just be fine and not location. You guys are trying to be like Ebay n Amazon but they dont give out all the info u guys are giving.

To be truthful, konga may have partnered with Chinese malls on this.
