    The seller hq app has been down for over 3 months now making it very difficult for sellers to manage their stores as this is the easiest and in some cases the only medium for some sellers to do so.. 
    What are the measures been put in place for this to be resolved and how soon would it be. 
    Managing stores have become a painful and tiring experience, especially listing products.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your business. The SHQ app is still under routine maintenance, please bear with us at this time. Kindly send an email to mall@konga.com stating  all issues experienced while trying to list. the necessary units will assist accordingly.
    During the app upgrade, we encourage you to access your SHQ account ​via the website. You will be notified once the upgrade is completed and the SellerHQ Mobile App is back up. Thank you
