How to package, well its depend on the item, how i does my own, if i am sending 1-2pcs of dress, I normally use that Big brown envelop, then i will printout the konga invoice of the buyer, then stamp on the front of the envelop why my flyers will be on the other side. so that when the delivery person take the item to the buyer he or she would first see the invoice to know how much to pay.

    Hello Benedict,
For self-fulfilled orders, you will be responsible for collecting your cash from your buyer if they have chosen the pay on delivery option. Invoice for commission on such self-fulfilled items will be sent to in 30 days. If buyer has prepaid, money will remain in escrow for 3 days once buyer confirms delivery and sales proceeds less commission charges will be transferred to your wallet after 3 days.
To update to delivered, from your SHQ dashboard, move your cursor to your "Managed Orders". A drop down will appear and you can click on "Accepted Orders". You can update the status of such order to "Delivered". I have also attached a screenshot from the SHQ dashboard to guide you through..
