  Kindly advice me on what to do please, I had my first order from a woman based in Calabar, but when I print the invoice, I saw the S.F.C, 
  
  Kindly advice me on what to do as she chose the POD method.

  Hello Ajay, I believe you only have to print the invoice if you want to deliver the item yourself. Otherwise you should drop of the item for shipment to your nearest Konga Drop off centre. Click this link to see list of drop off centers http://www.konga.com/sellerdropoff
