    I notice that sellers cannot update orders directly from Shipped or Delivered to returned...As sellers we do sometimes experience failed delivery due to several reasons. For accuracy and proper accounting, we should be able to update the accurate status of orders on the seller HQ as to whether it is accepted, shipped, delivered or returned since sellers can now self fulfill orders by themselves. When sellers update their status as returnd, Konga can verify from customers if the order was a failed delivery or not

    Hello Erufor,
    This is a very good suggestion. We understand the need for our merchants to have this access, we are definitely going to look into this suggestion, however for now kindly send these returned order numbers to mall@konga.com for proper status report
