    i really need something to be done about my returns .i have 2 items that are yet to get to me because they have been in the wronglocation for weeks now (ie jakande and illupeju).i have sent mails to no avail.pleaseeeeee return my items to ajao center thats the location i chose for my returns.i hope i get a response this time

    On the other hand,this issue of wrong drop off of returns should be resolved.
    When a return of mine was dropped off at Yaba instead of Ikeja,I called the customer care.The rep let me know that I can tick my preferred drop off location[of returns] on my SHQ account.I have looked for that settings on my SHQ account but not seeing it.Do we have such settings on our SHQ account?

    Hello Matthew,
    Well,such situation gets to occur.One of my returns berthed at Yaba,Lagos instead of Computer village,Ikeja,also in Lagos.I have to leave Ikeja to Yaba to pick up my stock and send it to a new customer who ordered for that same returned product.So,I would advise you to go to these centres and pick up your returns.
