    Like a seller, it is always very frustrating. I have two suggestions or advice's:
    Firstly I will suggest Konga make buyers to first pay for their delivery cost on placing the order and pay on delivery the real value of the goods when goods are delivered to them. This will make buyers to bear the cost of delivery even if they want to return the goods.
    Secondly I will advise that sellers will sell authentic products, describe thoroughly in pictures and words their items so buyers can understand what they are buying not for them to see a different thing either in quality or in physical at the point of delivery, it is really very annoying.
