I have an issue at hand from a customer located in Warri. She got her shoes and did not try it on while the konga drop off person was with her and she paid. At home she discovered the shoe is small for her. How do we go about refunding her money and collecting my shoes? Konga is presently suspending crediting my escrow account till the issue is resolved.
    Somebody help!

Hi Guys, Sorry oo. I also have returns too, Who doesn't really? baby steps, we will all get there.
For me, I will Advice these customers to contact konga via mail or phone with these complaints,(within the return policy period)
The customer will have to drop off the item at any of the addresses sent to them by Konga. (Konga also has to inform these centers of the customer's request)
Or you can convince them to keep the item especially if you shipped the correct item and its a changed mind issue.

infact we also supplied this same lady in Warri with shoes she did not try on,she paid for them took them home before discovering the shoes do not fit her(she doesnt know her size). konga now sends a message they will suspend payment to our account when it was not our fault,i just spoke with her and she said she called Konga to come pick up before the 7 days warranty was up but Konga never showed up. why blame us sellers for an issue that is not our fault but lapses at their end,Konga then sends a message to us that 'the item was different from what was displayed' which is absolutely not true and she also said she never said so. why is this a joint partnership? please we need someone in the dispute resolution team to find a way of sorting this, warranty has lapsed and its not our fault, why not do the proper thing and ask if we are ok with getting our goods back if in good condition?

If you opted for a return policy and she discovered the error and decided to return the shoes within the specified time(7,14 or 21 days), Konga will have to accept it. The dispatch rider will either pick it from her or she can drop off at the center closest to her. As per when you will get your shoes back? Do not hold your breath! I have pending returns from December last year and everyday they tell me the same nonsense...."we're working on it" just to get you off the phone!
