I bought a table fan on Konga. it's defective. Not working despite hours of charging it.
Order no. is F926973308001. I tried to call your customer service when I couldn't get
through I sent a mail. I would like to return the product for a full refund as I found my
first experience of this purchase from Konga very disappointing.
I am yet to hear from this team as I want to return the product for a full refund.
