  • Resolving Payment Issue

    Please how long does it take to get an issue resolved? I called Customer care and sent mail last week and Monday this week. The issue is yet to be resolved. Though I was told to remain patient but I'm sure Konga would have suspended my store if my store hasn't paid a due invoice since last week. Don't forget that the Naira keeps losing its value each and every day. 
    I really do not like bringing complaints here. This forum wasn't created for complaints but every day you see sellers coming to the forum to lodge complaints. Sometimes I wonder what the buyer would think when they come here because it has become an everyday thing. I think Konga should find better ways of resolving issues since the forum is for both sellers and buyers. How long does it take to get an issue resolved?  Thanks

    I don't know if I am the only one but nobody acts on mails sent to mall@konga.com
    I am having the same issue too. 
    Promises but no action. I have spent so much just calling customer care. My store is even under suspension because i didn't pay an overdue invoice which was obviously a fallout of not getting cash transferred to my wallet on time.
